Description: What we are looking for: * Education: Technical Education in Occupational Safety * Skills: Communication, Interpersonal Relationships, Negotiation, Problem Analysis and Solving. * Required knowledge: E\-social, PPP, Support in occupational medicine (hiring, return to work, periodic exams, dismissals), PPE Management, Field Support, Mandatory and Non-Mandatory Training, CIPA, Emergency Brigade, Environmental Licensing and Regulation * Differential knowledge: Certifications (ISO 14001 and 45001\) in Safety and Environment, participation in Multidisciplinary Committees. * Requirements: Availability for travel, Class B Driver's License (CNH B), Valid registration with MTE as TST. * Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. * Develop or participate in the development of the risk inventory; * Monitor the implementation of the Risk Management Program \- PGR action plan; * Implement preventive measures according to the PGR risk classification and in the order of priority established by Regulatory Standard No. 01 (NR\-01\) \- General Provisions and Management of Occupational Risks; * Develop work plans and monitor safety and health performance targets, indicators, and results; * Be technically responsible for guidance on compliance with the NRs applicable to the organization's activities; * Maintain continuous interaction with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee \- CIPA, when it exists; * Promote activities to guide, inform, and raise worker awareness regarding the prevention of work-related accidents and illnesses; * Immediately propose suspension of activities and adoption of corrective and/or control measures upon identifying work conditions or situations associated with serious and imminent risks to workers' safety or health; * Lead or participate in investigations of work-related accidents and illnesses, in accordance with the PGR; * Share relevant information for the prevention of work-related accidents and illnesses with other SESMT teams within the same organization, as well as with CIPA, when requested; and * Monitor and participate in actions of the Occupational Health Medical Control Program \- PCMSO, as specified by Regulatory Standard No. 07 (NR\-07\). 251123020246504292
