





**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:12 PM with a 1h12 lunch break. **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity* Coordinate the activities and deliverables of project analysts; * Analyze NN projects after hiring is finalized, developing the workflow, PB schedule, and budget forecasts that must be presented and validated with management; * Develop product briefings and premises and validate them with management and leadership; * Validate budgets and hiring across all disciplines with management and leadership; * Develop project schedules according to established premises; * Coordinate project deliveries within the deadlines defined in the PB schedule; * Report project deviations and present necessary actions to management; * Manage project workflows; * Negotiate project contracts within the allocated budget; * Evaluate and ensure project compatibility; * Assess technical solutions; * Present projects for leadership approval at every stage and across all disciplines, formalizing through meeting minutes and emails; * Evaluate commercial materials, validating them with marketing, sales, and leadership teams; * Seek technical solutions and innovations; * Monitor, reconcile, and validate images; * Comply with established procedures, forms, templates, and processes for the department; * Organize file folders on the network and in AUTODOC, ensuring updated information; * Evaluate project change requests, verifying schedule and cost impacts; * Conduct project handover presentations to the construction team; * Respond to inquiries and document requests from the construction team; * Evaluate, organize, and fulfill requests from the marketing and sales departments; * Ensure projects are delivered complete according to checklists and meet approval standards; * Ensure projects contain all necessary information; * Validate deliverables from outsourced designers; * Manage contracts, deadlines, costs, and deliverables of outsourced designers; * Update project cost forecasts and payment dates; * Respond to document requests and project adjustments required for approvals; **Requirements:** Desired Experience: 6 to 7 years Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture Desired Computer Skills: DocSign, Autodoc, Intermediate Office Suite, AutoCad **Benefits:** No benefit specified
