Job Summary: The Mid-level Back-end Developer will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving Seguralta's core services, developing and maintaining APIs and integrations essential to the company's nationwide operations. Participate in the full software development lifecycle **Description:** The Mid\-level Back\-end Developer will play an essential role in sustaining and evolving Seguralta's core services. The priority is to develop and maintain APIs and integrations critical to insurance providers, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in systems supporting the national operations of the network. Responsibilities and Duties **Participate in the full development lifecycle:** conception, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance Develop and evolve REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Django) Implement and monitor integrations with third-party systems (insurance provider portals, CRMs) Ensure code quality through automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) Work with serverless architecture and microservices on AWS Support architectural discussions and best practices alongside the Tech Lead and other developers Monitor and optimize production services, responding to incidents as needed Requirements and Qualifications Solid back\-end experience, preferably with Python Experience developing and maintaining scalable and secure APIs Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, SNS, SQS) Familiarity with automated testing best practices and Git version control Analytical ability to resolve complex production issues Collaborative mindset with a results-oriented approach 2511190202461758269
