Supporting financial health and organizational decision-making Job Description Support the company's financial management through control and monitoring of routine activities related to accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and organization of financial information, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to the organization's financial health and decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties * Control and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions. * Prepare and monitor cash flow statements. * Schedule and control payments. * Generate managerial financial reports. * Support delinquency control and receivables tracking. * Maintain communication with the accounting department for submission and organization of financial documents. * Assist in monthly financial closing routines. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in financial routines, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Knowledge of cash flow management and financial controls. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Preferred: Experience with ERP or financial systems.
