




Description: * Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Skills in handling registration data and mandatory information required by ANS; * Knowledge about the extension plan (Inactive members); * Experience in the insurance field with health, dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations; * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, organization, resilience, and assertive communication; * Familiarity with Hapvida Saúde e Odonto, Unimed Nacional, Bradesco Saúde, and Sul América Vida will be an advantage. * Provide service to a portfolio of less complex customers through in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring all are served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner. * Attend to customers with careful treatment based on dialogue and understanding their needs, aiming to clarify doubts and/or provide necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits. * Support customers in requesting and/or pre-approving reimbursements through in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred outside the accredited network. * Carry out necessary procedures for market research by gathering required data and/or information to complete quotation forms, identifying the best conditions and advantages for the customer within the renewal period. * Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims indicators through organizing data, information, quantitative and qualitative analysis, providing the customer with policy results. * Identify improvement opportunities through mapping performed during process execution, application of procedures, and workflow, suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as needed and/or required by the department, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, ensuring continuous professional development. 2511210202471881764
