Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location**: Campo Grande – AL (Agreste Saneamento). **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for planning and scheduling electromechanical maintenance activities; Performing administrative tasks in the maintenance area, controlling documents, preparing spreadsheets, dashboards, and managing files to streamline daily operations; Ensuring planning and scheduling of scheduled/preventive maintenance activities, aiming to comply with maintenance plans, the 52-week schedule, current technical and safety standards, and customer requirements; Developing maintenance plans, schedules, equipment technical registries, criticality classifications, updating equipment technical archives—including technical descriptions and maintenance methods—and creating service orders within the Engeman platform and/or related systems; Developing and improving inventory control of materials, purchase requisitions, material reservations at the warehouse, supplier registration, requests for issuing invoices for equipment transportation, among others; Developing interactive Excel spreadsheets, tables, and dashboards enabling consolidated data visualization, visible management boards, maintenance planning and control—including performance indicators, costs, service distribution, staffing, etc.; Leading and participating in technical meetings for maintenance planning and scheduling; Supporting failure analysis studies for sector incidents; Providing technical support to other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Intermediate Excel skills.
