* Perform cable splicing for medium-voltage cable connections in switchgear cubicles, transformers, and panels; * Carry out power supply installations for main distribution boards (QGBTs), motor control centers (CCMs), and connect electrical valves and instruments; * Connect electric motors, panels, and other loads; * Perform cable laying, including supervision and oversight of the work; * Conduct equipment commissioning and testing to ensure operation complies with technical specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing high school or technical education in Electrotechnology, Electronics, or related fields; * Proven experience in medium- and low-voltage services, or power and control systems. * Training courses in relevant areas (electrical, assembly, welding, etc.) are desirable. **Compensation:** * Salary to be negotiated + 10% Attendance Bonus + 30% Hazard Pay; * Health Insurance plan after 3 months; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Flash Card: R$ 30.00 per day; * Transportation Voucher: 4%; * Wellhub (Gympass); * SESC partnership; * Internal career opportunities, among others. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00 | Friday: 07:00–16:00 ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Attendance Bonus, Flexible Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Wellhub – formerly Gympass, SESC partnership, Internal career opportunities ### **Department:** Operations
