Lead, develop, and engage the team by conducting performance monitoring, providing feedback, and delivering training. Monitor and analyze goals and performance metrics (sales, productivity, shrinkage, inventory). Ensure excellence in customer service and a positive shopping experience. Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, and support administrative tasks. Resolve daily operational conflicts and requests. Ensure store organization, inventory management, and adherence to internal policies. Requirements: \* Experience as a Store Manager or in leadership roles within retail. \* Experience managing people and tracking performance goals. \* Strategic, organized, and results-oriented profile. \* Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capability. \* Flexibility regarding working hours. \* Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred).
