Your main responsibilities will include: production planning and control, inventory and procurement control, as well as quality control across all stages—from raw material receipt through food production to packaging and delivery. You will be responsible for completing, managing, and updating regulatory documentation, ensuring production complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and remains well-organized. You will also collect productivity and quality data, identify and analyze non-conformities, propose and implement corrective and preventive actions, review procedures, and prepare technical reports focused on continuous improvement. Additionally, you will provide support and training to the kitchen team, define daily tasks, supervise kitchen operations, ensure adherence to production routines and process standardization, guarantee customer satisfaction, and manage accounts payable. ### **Prerequisites** To succeed in this role, you must have: Mandatory requirements: \- Completed high school; What we expect from you: An extremely organized and proactive individual capable of self-managing tasks and demonstrating ownership mindset.
