**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour break; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical machines and equipment.
* Conduct diagnostics of mechanical faults and issues.
* Interpret technical drawings and mechanical schematics.
* Assemble and disassemble mechanical components.
* Use manual and electric tools to perform tasks.
* Collaborate with the team to implement maintenance process improvements.
* Record and document performed activities and equipment conditions.
* Follow established safety regulations and operational procedures.
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs to update technical knowledge.
**Requirements:**
* Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Experience in maintenance of mechanical machines and equipment.
* Skill in diagnosing faults and solving mechanical problems.
* Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
* Availability to work rotating shifts and on-site.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Certifications in mechanical maintenance courses.
* Experience in large-scale industrial settings.
* Knowledge of occupational safety standards.
* Proficiency in maintenance management software.
