




Job Summary: The Foreign Trade Assistant will support operational routines of import and export activities, monitoring processes and internal controls. Key Highlights: 1. The Foreign Trade Assistant will support operational routines related to import and export activities, assisting the responsible team in monitoring processes and internal controls. Key responsibilities include: **Responsibilities:** * Receive cargo entries in the SSM system, performing required data entries and tracking; * Generate invoices and packing lists according to shipping instructions; * Send shipping instructions to customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers, following guidance from the responsible Analyst; * Monitor cargo receipt at international warehouses and update internal control spreadsheets; * Request cash advances from the Finance Department and record entries in the RM system; * Record and clear expense reports received from customs brokers; * Monitor cargo arrival at the national warehouse and notify requesting departments; * Record bank slips and billing entries in the system, respecting cost centers; * Perform daily follow-up on import and export processes; * Assist with fiscal entries for Import Invoices, Service Invoices, and CT\-e; * Assist in issuing documents required for export procedures; * Update Excel spreadsheets, verify expense reports and expenses; * Send and reply to e\-mails in Portuguese and English, maintaining contact with internal and external partners. **Education:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, from the 4th semester onward, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Intermediate English proficiency; Basic knowledge of international trade and its processes.
