Act as the interface between customers and the technical team to ensure service quality, validation of user acceptance testing (UAT), and follow-up on critical incidents. Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and support team development. **Requirements:** Experience in customer support, implementation, or team leadership. Experience in incident management, demand prioritization, and KPI tracking. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical departments.
