We believe diversity strengthens our decisions, broadens our vision, and drives better outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers, conducting screenings and interviews, and ensuring hiring accuracy * Manage onboarding processes, ensuring documentary and legal compliance, while designing and executing an efficient onboarding experience aligned with company culture * Support the identification of developmental and behavioral training needs * Assist in implementing HR management tools and methodologies * Administer employee benefits (enrollments, terminations, reconciliations, and employee support) * Monitor and manage language course subsidies * Support offboarding and termination processes, ensuring legal compliance and appropriate process execution * Analyze and propose improvements to HR processes, focusing on efficiency and value generation * Support labor-related matters in collaboration with specialized external partners, ensuring adherence to legislation * Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making * Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment **Behavioral Competencies:** We seek a proactive, responsible professional who communicates clearly, respectfully, and transparently, and who collaborates effectively across departments.
