Job Summary: Work closely with construction sites to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and support the company's sustainability culture, with a focus on environmental monitoring and management. Environmental management in heavy construction projects You will work closely with construction sites to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and support the company's sustainability culture. * Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental legislation on construction sites. * Monitor environmental indicators (waste, effluents, emissions, noise, etc.). * Prepare and update environmental reports, technical assessments, and environmental controls. * Support licensing processes and interactions with environmental agencies. * Guide field teams on environmental best practices. * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and action plans. * Manage suppliers and service providers from an environmental perspective. Requirements: * Technical degree in Environmental Science or related fields (Sanitation, Environmental Management, etc.). * Senior-level experience in heavy construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. * Solid knowledge of environmental legislation and licensing procedures. * Experience in waste management, effluent management, emissions control, and operational controls. * Willingness to work 100% on-site at construction sites. * Ability to guide operational teams and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities.
