Environmental management in heavy construction projects You will work closely with construction sites to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and support the company's sustainability culture. * Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental legislation on construction sites. * Monitor environmental indicators (waste, effluents, emissions, noise, etc.). * Prepare and update environmental reports, technical assessments, and environmental controls. * Support licensing processes and interactions with environmental agencies. * Guide field teams on environmental best practices. * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and action plans. * Manage suppliers and service providers from an environmental perspective. Requirements: * Technical degree in Environmental Science or related fields (Sanitation, Environmental Management, etc.). * Senior-level experience in heavy construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. * Solid knowledge of environmental legislation and licensing procedures. * Experience in waste management, effluent management, emissions control, and operational controls. * Willingness to work 100% on-site at construction sites. * Ability to guide operational teams and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities.
