To learn more, visit www.bureauveritas.com.br Key Responsibilities: Develop equipment lockout matrices. * Comply with and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures in accordance with company policies. * Develop and review maintenance plans using equipment reliability tools, and size required resources for maintenance execution. * Compile the unit’s critical spare parts list to ensure operational continuity per production plans and maintenance strategy. * Develop maintenance team procedures to standardize activities and ensure execution quality. * Conduct loss profile analysis and failure treatment. * Specify, control, and inspect materials, resources, and tooling required for maintenance planning; establish replacement stock parameters; and participate in studies on material specification or project changes aimed at improving performance and extending equipment service life. * Provide technical support for equipment and component repair and execution processes. * Integrate equipment maintenance plans to optimize processes, enhance predictability of maintenance routines—including resource allocation, tooling, controls, and assignment of roles and responsibilities to involved teams. * Conduct critical analyses with the procurement team to support creation of requisition documents (NIs) and define criteria for replenishing maintenance material and consumables inventories. * Identify and lead feasibility studies for implementing maintenance process improvements.
