This professional will serve as the guardian of our operational availability, acting strategically to elevate asset reliability standards and lead a high-performance technical team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Strategic Leadership:** Coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with production objectives and company growth. **Asset Management:** Ensure equipment availability and reliability through rigorous planning of preventive and corrective maintenance. **Continuous Improvement:** Implement methodologies for process and asset management optimization, reducing failures and downtime. **Financial Management:** Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental costs, focusing on budgetary efficiency. **Team Development:** Lead and promote the technical and professional development of the team, strengthening a culture of safety and excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). **Language:** **Advanced English** (essential for interfacing with technologies and international partners). **Preferred Qualification:** Minimum of 10 years in industrial maintenance management (electrical and mechanical). **Competencies:** Strong leadership ability, strategic vision, and expertise in maintenance planning. **Profile:** Problem-solving, analytical mindset, and excellent executive communication skills. **Job Details** ? **Location:** Rua Lecy Gomes Barbosa, 205, Belo Horizonte \- MG. ? **Work Model:** 100% On-site. ? **Employment Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ). ? **Remuneration:** To be negotiated (please include salary expectations).
