Focus on quality and safety in service delivery. **Job Objective:** Deliver exceptional service to clients with active contracts, acquire new clients, and guide the team to deliver the best service in the market—always oriented toward quality and safety in service execution. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Project and contract management; * Preparation of technical documentation for electrical projects, systems, and equipment; * Electrical material approval; * Conduct weekly meetings; * Develop, review, and enforce construction schedules; * Develop and control Action Plans; * Monitor and control project costs; * Fleet management in coordination with the responsible department; * Guide, train, and evaluate subordinates; * Supervision and monitoring of construction works in the electric power sector; * Analysis and resolution of technical issues related to the electric power field; * Estimate labor, material, and other related costs for projects and bidding processes. * Compliance with safety standards and regulations applicable to the electric power field; and other related activities as required by the CONTRACTOR.
