Key responsibilities: Assist in preparing and producing bread doughs (French, artisanal, sweet, and savory). Monitor fermentation and baking times. Operate bakery equipment (mixers, dividers, molders, and ovens). Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in compliance with health surveillance regulations.
