Prepare quotations and sales orders for parts, monitoring the entire process until delivery to the customer. Monitor order progress, ensuring deadlines and service quality. Support the department head in preparing reports and tracking results. Perform data analysis and management, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to the organization and improvement of commercial and operational processes. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Process Analyst, or Financial Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
