**Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Responsibilities**
* Serve and manage the corporate (PJ) client portfolio, offering financial solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
* Prospect new business opportunities by identifying potential demand for credit, investments, insurance, and other products and services.
* Build and strengthen trust-based relationships aimed at customer retention and satisfaction.
* Conduct financial analyses for credit approval, assessing risks and ensuring operational security.
* Meet performance targets, contributing to the cooperative/institution’s sustainable growth.
* Monitor local market trends to identify strategic opportunities for action.
* Collaborate synergistically with other departments, reinforcing a culture of cooperation, service excellence, and innovation.
**Job Duties**
* Conduct external visits to current and prospective members.
* Provide personalized financial advisory services aligned with each member’s profile and objectives.
* Formalize credit, investment, and other product proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
* Actively participate in institutional relationship-building initiatives and events.
* Maintain and regularly update client portfolio information in management systems.
* Support initiatives to attract new members and reinforce the institution’s regional presence.
**Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* A postgraduate degree in Business or Leadership is a plus;
* ANBIMA certification (CPA-20 or CEA);
**Technical Knowledge**
* Proven experience in financial institutions, credit cooperatives, or banks, specifically managing corporate (PJ) member portfolios.
* Experience in business prospecting, credit analysis, and relationship management.
* Experience in consultative customer service and negotiation.
* Proficiency in financial products and services (credit, investments, insurance, consortia, cards, etc.).
* Knowledge of corporate balance sheet and financial statement analysis.
* Basic understanding of risk/credit management.
