Production Operator I

Main activities: Operate the machine under your responsibility, ensuring that industrial targets are met by using operational procedures, complying with Quality Systems, preserving equipment and facilities, and producing high-quality products at competitive costs. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform autonomous maintenance on the equipment under your responsibility; * Operate and adjust the equipment under your responsibility (parameters, speeds, settings, etc.); * Perform SETUPS on the equipment in your area; * Record equipment stoppages under your responsibility via the Production System (PC\-Factory); * Comply with Operational Procedures defined in the Quality System; * Maintain production records and controls for your shift, keeping the Shift Supervisor and Area Supervisor informed of activities carried out and any issues arising, for follow-up and higher-level action; * Participate in meetings with the maintenance team to plan scheduled corrective and/or preventive interventions. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma completed; Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional information** **We offer:** * Health and dental insurance; * Birthday bonus; * On-site meals; * Transportation (shuttle service); * Profit-sharing program; * Family kit; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass).
