Here's what your day-to-day will look like:** Handle customer demands as well as internal department requests, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure customer service in the sales floor (check inventory, attend customers who want to speak with the manager, check products out of stock and verify availability at other locations); * Attend customers whenever necessary or requested; * Ensure verification of goods upon receipt and proper distribution of merchandise to the store or storage, monitoring loading and unloading; * Ensure standardized arrangement of store sections; * Ensure standardized organization of receiving area, warehouse, and/or aerial storage; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of common areas; * Ensure integration and training of new employees; * Implement in-store promotional campaigns provided by the marketing/commercial department; * Ensure proper handling of damaged goods according to company standards, as well as their sales performance; * Ensure appropriate promotion of items suggested by the commercial department; * Ensure opening and closing routines of the store; * Apply daily restocking at PDVs and guarantee price tag updates; * Ensure cleanliness of the store, products, equipment, cash registers, and floors in general; * Perform cash withdrawal every R$700.00 at PDVs; * Close and verify the daily reconciliation of each cashier; * Close and verify the total financial movement of the day; * Carry out exchange procedures according to company guidelines, verifying the condition of returned goods; * Invoices/NRI: Register invoices for received goods, checking expiration dates; * Ensure proper uniform usage and professional appearance of the team; * Visit and report relevant competitive activities within your local market; * Financial responsibilities in the absence of the Manager: Respond to requests from Treasury and Finance departments, ensuring all processes and demands are completed within established deadlines; * Request and monitor consumable supplies: Monitor and request consumable materials to prevent shortages or unnecessary excess; * Ensure application of VM manuals; * Apply flyers and promotional inserts; * Set up window displays; * Analyze sales and inventory reports; * Execute actions to attract customers to Clube Freitas; * Supervise and manage intermediate leaders team (Service Leader, Sales Leader, Inventory Leader). **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma required; Pursuing higher education will be an advantage; Experience in team management. **Additional information** All our positions are also available for People with Disabilities (PwD).
