




Job Description We are looking for a Billing Assistant to support routine tasks related to the issuance, verification, and control of tax documents, ensuring compliance with legislation and efficiency in the company’s billing processes. Main Responsibilities · Issue tax invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, where applicable); · Verify orders, prices, taxes, and registration data prior to invoice issuance; · Carry out invoice cancellations, corrections (correction letters), and returns; · Support daily and monthly billing control and reporting; · Verify applicable taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, ST, where applicable); · Organize and archive physical and digital tax documents; · Provide support to Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments; · Monitor basic tax rules according to transaction type. Requirements · Completed high school education; · Basic knowledge of billing and tax documents; · Attention to detail and organizational skills; · Good communication skills and ability to follow procedures. Desirable · Prior experience in billing; · Knowledge of basic tax legislation; · Experience with ERP systems; · Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed).
