Contract Manager

Description

Job Responsibilities: * Manage personnel, processes, and finances in accordance with the company's compliance policies and official administrative instructions; * Monitor operational performance indicators and establish action plans when necessary; * Provide technical training to the operational team on equipment maintenance and maintenance management; * Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and Social Responsibility standards and procedures; * Manage company assets, including tools and equipment supporting maintenance activities; * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client; * Ensure proper stewardship of contractual resources under your responsibility; * Contribute to the sustainability of contractual operations. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree completed; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience managing multidisciplinary industrial maintenance service contracts with over 200 employees, in a Coordinator or Manager role; * Solid knowledge of integrated systems; * Experience in managing industrial assembly and maintenance services, quality processes and policies, and human resource management (including routine administration and employee development); * Knowledge of maintenance management, process improvement, PDCA methodology, and daily operations management; * Willingness to work on the Porto Trombetas Project in Oriximiná\-PA; Benefits: We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees; All selection processes are inclusive and consider candidates with or without disabilities, provided they meet the qualifications for the advertised positions.
