Providing courteous and respectful customer service #### **About the Role:** Organizing shelves, restocking products, and maintaining an attractive layout to deliver an outstanding shopping experience is the mission of our stocking team. In the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens department, freshness is the top priority to keep everything looking even more appealing. In the Deli department, the rule is to store products properly. In the General Merchandise department—which offers household items, pet supplies, camping gear, and much more—conceptual product displays that invite customers to purchase are essential. In the Grocery department, which handles a wide variety of products, keeping everything well-organized simplifies the shopping process. If you enjoy keeping things orderly and wish to join this mission, we welcome your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify product shortages in sales areas and verify available stock in the warehouse for restocking; * Verify whether products scheduled for restocking are in suitable condition for display in sales areas; * Restock products on counters, islands, additional display points, and cross-merchandising zones, ensuring proper product turnover and avoiding empty spaces; * Confirm that the display layout complies with company-established standards; * Organize the store’s sales area, checking product expiration dates; * Arrange shopping carts, pallets, and platforms so they do not obstruct customer circulation; * Remove excess packaging materials—including cardboard boxes and plastic—ensuring appropriate disposal for each case; * Provide courteous, respectful, and friendly customer service in accordance with company service standards; * Follow all operational procedures required for the position; * Maintain focus and commitment to departmental tasks; * Adhere to company-mandated rules and procedures. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to company culture and work responsibilities; * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; * Ability to follow internal procedures and regulations; * Willingness to perform physical tasks related to product restocking. #### **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Prior experience as a shelf stocker or in similar roles; * Familiarity with the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens; Deli; General Merchandise; and Grocery departments; * Skill in designing conceptual and attractive product displays; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and thrive in a dynamic environment. #### **Benefits:** * Family Health Assistance Network * Telemedicine and Telepsychology Services * Dental Plan * Benefits Club * Pharmacy Discounts * Benefit Card * Recognition and Incentive Programs * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Pregnancy Support Program * Nursing Room, Changing Room, and Rest Room * On-site Meals or Meal Voucher * Career Development Plan * Partner Website Discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating Shift (6 days on, 1 day off); * 7 hours and 20 minutes per day.
