Website: www.wilsonsons.com.br Instagram: wilsonsons LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/wilsonsons/ **Responsibilities and duties** **You will be responsible for ensuring the operational conditions of the branch's vessels through the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance scheduled in the maintenance management system.** * Monitor classification society validations. * Maintain, manage, and adjust spare parts inventory for your branch. * Conduct weekly maintenance planning meetings. * Ensure relevant business information reaches employees. * Participate in recruitment and selection processes and admission procedures (execute, print, and sign documents, receive new employees) and termination procedures (inform Head Office, execute, conduct administrative homologations, sign workbooks). * Handle demands related to inspections, notifications, citations, fines, and labor claims (gathering information, attending inspectors, signing documents, representing the company before authorities). * Manage administrative staff vacations (scheduling, delivering and signing notices and receipts, sending to Head Office). * Absences/Absenteeism: Analyze, sign, and send to Head Office. * Manage electronic time records for administrative staff (handling exceptions, printing, signing). * Support Recognition Programs. * Support internal communication and various onboard announcements. * Conduct and manage the annual emergency drill on board and onshore. * Identify and assess risks of anomalies related to maintenance found on tugboats, reporting them to the Maintenance Coordinator. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical degree; * Reside in Trombetas/Santarém **It will be a differentiator:** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in engineering; **Additional information** We care about our people's well-being, therefore we offer benefits and care programs that enable a higher quality of life. * **Food care:** Meal allowance/food voucher; * **Health care:** Health insurance, dental plan, life insurance, tele-nutrition, and telemedicine for you and your dependents; * **Mental health care:** Tele-psychology for you and your dependents; * **Development care:** Online course platform; * **Others:** Transportation allowance; Annual PLR; TotalPass **Together we transform realities.** ------------------------------------ We are Wilson Sons, the largest maritime and port logistics operator in the Brazilian market, with over 187 years of experience.
