Description

Job Summary: Provide technical support to users and operational teams, performing IT installation, configuration, and maintenance; monitoring systems; and managing IT assets. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support to users and operational teams under the contract; * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networks, and IT equipment; * Monitor the operation of systems, infrastructure, and technological resources used in activities; * Manage IT assets, licenses, access rights, and equipment inventory; * Support connectivity and communication maintenance among laboratory, field, and administrative areas; * Perform backup routines, system updates, and information security tasks; * Record support requests, incidents, and technical controls related to IT infrastructure; * Comply with internal procedures for quality, safety, and information technology. Completed technical course in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience in technical user support, computer maintenance, and IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of networks, operating systems, software and equipment installation and configuration; * Experience in IT asset management, backups, and corporate system support; * Desired experience in industrial environments, mining, or field operational support; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, printers, mobile devices, and remote access tools. Desired certifications in technical support, networking, infrastructure, or operating systems. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
