Job Summary: The Order and Supply Assistant analyzes sales data and manages store replenishment, seeking talent motivated by high performance. Key Highlights: 1. Sales analysis and forecasting for merchandise orders 2. Coordination with commercial managers to align sales forecasts 3. Analytical profile motivated by high-performance delivery Reports to the Administrative and Financial Manager **Mission** Analyze past sales and future forecasts to place merchandise orders. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate proprietary order and supply management system * Weekly replenishment orders for 15 stores * Interface with commercial managers to align sales forecasts * Inventory analysis and transfer proposals * Study of promotional campaigns for demand forecasting (live sessions, training, extranet) * Submit support tickets to the franchisor to investigate issues affecting work * And others. **Mandatory Requirements** * On-site work in Cambé (PR) * Bachelor's degree or Technical course in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Analytical profile motivated by high-performance delivery * Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in procurement/supply chain **Desirable Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset * Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively * Willingness to take calculated risks * Effective communication skills * Commitment to company standards and processes The **Calusa Group** is a company with over 40 years of history and a franchise partner of the **Boticário Group**, seeking talents motivated to help people transform lives through beauty.
