Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistants to operate machinery, handle and organize materials, inspect parts, and provide general support in production. Your responsibilities will include: * **Machine Operation:** Assist in operating cutting, bending, and welding machines for steel materials, ensuring production complies with technical specifications. * **Material Handling and Organization:** Load and unload materials; organize inventory and production areas, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. * **Material Inspection:** Assist in inspecting produced parts, verifying dimensions and finish quality. * **General Support:** Support the production team across various process stages, following supervisor instructions and contributing to work efficiency. * **Safety:** Ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues by correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to company safety regulations. What we seek in you: * **Experience:** Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably in metallurgical, steelmaking, or civil construction sectors. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with handling industrial tools and equipment. **Additional Instructions**: Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:42 AM to 6:00 PM\. **Benefits**: Meal Allowance R$600.00; Monthly Bonus R$250.00; Health Plan PAM \- monthly fee covered by the company.
