




**Job Description – Administrative Assistant** The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Occupational Health and Safety, Administration, and Finance departments, providing customer service, organizing documents, and performing tasks related to eSocial. They will also be responsible for scheduling occupational medical examinations (ASO) and coordinating with partner clinics, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable). * **Experience with administrative routines.** * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and eSocial (SST). * Customer service skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
