Developing an analytical mindset and clear communication **General Description** Professional responsible for routine tasks including reimbursement analysis, customer support via Customer Service Center (SAC), and payroll deduction processes. The role requires analytical accuracy, familiarity with internal policies, clear communication skills, and effective relationship management with customers and partner companies. **Responsibilities** **Reimbursement Activities** * Analyze reimbursement requests, considering internal rules and specific requirements of each partner agreement. * Receive and handle requests via **SalesForce**. * Validate data and documents submitted by customers (e.g., pay slips). * Conduct queries in internal systems: **Billing Inquiry, Database, and Treasury**. * Draft and send email responses to customers, formally communicating the outcome of the analysis. **Billing and Payroll Deduction Analysis** * Handle SAC-related requests concerning: * Service Queue * Margin Release * Inquiries regarding Payroll Deductions and Registration * Contact **CLT employees without active employment ties** to issue payment slips (between the 17th and 25th of each month). * Contact companies that failed to register within the deadline, using an analytical approach, also between the 17th and 25th of each month. **Position Requirements** * Clear, professional, and concise verbal and written communication. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: * **Word** * **Intermediate Excel** * **Intermediate SQL** knowledge. * Analytical profile, capable of interpreting data, documents, and payroll deduction rules. * Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.618,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have SQL knowledge?
