Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant to join our team, responsible for reviewing and validating tax documents, tax bookkeeping, tax analysis, and supporting the controller's office. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) We are looking for a Tax Assistant to join our team! **Responsibilities** * Review and validate tax documents (NF\-e, CT\-e, and NFS\-e), verifying registration data, amounts, and taxes; * Perform and/or validate tax bookkeeping in the ERP system, ensuring correct classification of **CFOP, CST, NCM, accounting account, and period**; * Analyze correct application of taxes (**ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS**) and withholding taxes (**ISS, IRRF, INSS, and PCC**); * Identify discrepancies in tax documents and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for resolution; * Support supplier and customer reconciliations; * Monitor and perform the **recipient's acknowledgment** of invoices; * Ensure proper organization, control, and archiving of tax documents in systems; * Support tasks related to the **controller's office**, cost centers, daily billing, budgeting, and fixed asset control. Requirements and Qualifications * **Bachelor's degree completed or in progress** in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in tax or accounting roles * Proficiency in **electronic invoices (NFe)** and issuance systems * Proficiency in **spreadsheets (Excel)** Desirable * Experience with Power BI Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Our position is PJ, with a salary of R$ 3500.00 — does this suit you?
