JUNIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive purchase requests, execute quotation processes, and finalize purchases of services, products, raw materials, and equipment for wholesale and retail trade, industrial companies, public and private organizations. Monitor delivery schedules, develop material and service suppliers; supervise procurement teams and processes. Act as a strategic partner to business units, promoting initiatives focused on human development, organizational culture, employee engagement, organizational climate, and performance. Identify HR needs and support managers in people management with an emphasis on results, organizational climate, and talent development.
