Logistics: * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials * Track goods receipt and verify fiscal invoices * Organize and monitor product transportation and deliveries * Maintain inventory control and system ERP movements Billing: * Issue sales, consignment, return, and service invoices * Verify taxation and fiscal data according to current legislation * Perform entries and settlements in the ERP system * Support the accounting/tax team with information and documentation Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields * Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or billing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Knowledge of electronic invoice issuance * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity Preferred Qualifications: * ERP experience * Basic knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, ST, etc.) * Experience in industrial or metallurgical environments Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
