Human Resources Consulting is seeking a PCP Assistant in Camaçari. Novo Tempo RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Perform production reporting (PA), ensuring data accuracy in the system. Create, update, and monitor production orders (POs). Control actual versus planned production, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Issue material requisitions and monitor productive supply. Monitor the production flow and support production order rescheduling. Control raw material consumption and support waste reduction. Manage productive inventory (raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods). Generate and analyze PCP KPIs. Interface with production, logistics, and planning. Previous experience as Planning Assistant, Production Assistant, PCP Analyst, or PCP Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
