Contribution to the department's strategic decision-making **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking an Intern to work in the Collections Department, supporting the team in statistical analysis of the database and monitoring delinquency indicators. The intern will have the opportunity to develop data analysis skills, create reports, monitor KPIs, and contribute to the department's strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Statistically analyze the internal database of the Collections Department; Support monitoring and control of delinquency indicators; Identify and analyze the profile of delinquent customers, recognizing patterns and behaviors; Assist in preparing analytical and management reports; Support monthly closing of data related to delinquency and credit recovery; Comply with standard operational procedures established for the Collections Department. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Statistics or related fields; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Basic mathematics knowledge; Strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation; Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- INTERNSHIP **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $1,000.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER COB **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
