Senior Quality Control Operator – 1-year fixed-term contract

**Your mission will be:** ---------------------- Serve as the technical reference in the aseptic process area, driving process flow improvements and supporting the operational team. Execute and support microbiological quality control activities, including material preparation, analyses, and environmental monitoring. Perform microbiological tests, record data in systems, and maintain laboratory organization. Contribute to document reviews, corrective actions, and training. Interact with related departments to ensure compliance and efficiency. **Roles and Responsibilities:** ------------------------------- * Follow documented procedures/instructions to achieve quality and safety outcomes in Paulínia’s Quality Control; * Participate in the More Green and Be Safe Transformation programs; report EHS events (incidents, near-misses, and environmental impacts); collaborate in inspections and investigations when requested; and attend mandatory EHS trainings; * Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements – Data Integrity / ALCOA+; * Ensure traceability and integrity of data through sample intake/issuance records (products, raw materials, process controls), as well as consumables/reagents/analytical materials, using appropriate sample management tools/systems and maintaining accurate sample status; * Collaborate in maintaining inventories of all consumables, reagents, and analytical materials; * Collaborate in maintaining laboratory equipment (in use/qualified), operating instruments and equipment used in assigned analyses appropriately per current procedures; * Support preparation of materials, solutions, and culture media for analyses, as well as routine cleaning/washing of materials, sterilization, and waste disposal; * Perform environmental, personnel, process (e.g., bioburden), and cleaning monitoring sampling according to schedules, frequencies, and collection plans; * Perform environmental, personnel, process (e.g., bioburden), and cleaning monitoring sampling in aseptic process areas (cleanrooms) per schedule; * Perform water, bioburden, and incubation analyses per procedures, reporting analytical data per ALCOA+, adhering to analysis schedules and defined work instructions; * Perform incubation and reading of environmental monitoring, as well as reading of performed analyses; * Contribute to development and review of documents (procedures, worksheets, etc.), investigation of analytical failures, events, discrepancies, and training/capacitation of Junior Operators, ensuring adherence to current procedures and contributing to operational improvements; * Collaborate in implementing preventive and corrective actions identified from discrepancies, events, OOX, internal or external audits; * Contribute to and participate in Housekeeping activities; * Serve internal site customers. **And what do you need to fulfill your mission? (Requirements)** ------------------------------------------------------------------ **Required:** --------------- * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in microbiological laboratory techniques; * Aseptic handling and compendia interpretation skills; * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and aseptic practices. **Desirable:** * Technical course in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy; * Training in GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) or specialization in Microbiology, Quality Control, or related fields; * Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries; * Knowledge of pharmacopoeias (USP, EP, etc.); * Internal training in sampling and validation; * Experience in technical investigations;
