Through financial solutions, corporate planning, and human and organizational development, we support companies—especially in the technology sector—on their path to success! **Role Mission** Execute and sustain all of MK Empresas' financial operations with organization, agility, and reliability, ensuring that payments, receipts, collections, contracts, and administrative controls occur within defined deadlines, standards, and SLAs—freeing leadership to focus on strategic activities. **Main Responsibilities (Operational Focus)** End-to-end execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including deadline, amount, and documentation control. Daily cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations. Proactive client collections with a professional and organized approach. Issuance of commercial contracts according to the company’s standard template, plus control of validity periods, renewals, and adjustments. Support for billing, invoice issuance, and receivables verification. Maintenance of organized financial documentation (proofs, contracts, statements). Direct interface with accounting teams, banks, and suppliers. Ensuring compliance with financial SLAs (payment deadlines, response times to clients, information organization). Operational administrative tasks Fixed asset management: tracking laptops, monitors, keyboards, equipment, and responsibility agreements. Basic office procurement: demand tracking, quotation, purchase process execution, and basic inventory control. **Refinements to Strategic Responsibilities** Participate in financial process improvements when required, suggesting practical adjustments based on operational experience. (This is not the primary role, but a natural contribution from someone immersed in daily operations) **Technical Profile (Hard Skills)** ***Mandatory*** Practical experience in operational finance routines. Experience with financial systems / ERPs (OMIE will be a relevant differentiator).
