Through a practical and dynamic methodology, the program aims to **develop technical and behavioral competencies (hard \& soft skills)** via a structured process that integrates **training, purpose, development, and continuous mentoring.** Additionally, the program promotes diversity and inclusion, encouraging participation from individuals across diverse groups and contributing to a more plural and representative technology ecosystem. On-site presence: 1\-2 days per week in Porto Alegre, RS. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for implementing, through code, the design of a website or user interface. While web design defines the visual appearance of a site, Frontend development implements that design using code. **Requirements and Qualifications** Knowledge of **React**, including use of **Hooks**; Experience consuming **APIs**; Familiarity with **CI/CD processes**; Knowledge of **HTML5**, **CSS**, and **JavaScript**; Experience with responsive frameworks such as **Bootstrap**; Knowledge of **Git** and version control; **Interest in learning new technologies** and staying up to date.
