




Job Summary: Foreign trade professional to monitor import processes, classify goods, analyze costs, and interact with stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Full import process monitoring 2. Import cost analysis and estimation 3. Interface with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders Prior experience in import processes is required. Knowledge of foreign trade documentation. Basic understanding of tax classification (NCM). Basic knowledge of customs regimes. Familiarity with Drawback will be a plus. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related field preferred; candidates currently pursuing such degrees are also welcome. Key Responsibilities: Full import process monitoring; Document verification (invoice, packing list, BL, DI/DUIMP, etc.); Tax classification of goods (NCM); Import cost analysis and estimation; Interface with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders; Shipment and logistics timeline tracking; Internal system updates; Support for domestication processes and customs regimes; Identification and prevention of operational risks. Must reside in Novo Hamburgo or nearby areas. Salary negotiable + On-site cafeteria, medical plan, and allowance (R$ 500.00). Immediate availability required.
