IT Infrastructure Analyst

**What will you do on a daily basis?** As a Network Administrator – Level N3 Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Administration, maintenance, and evolution of corporate network environments * Handling complex incidents (Level N3\), with focus on definitive resolution * Administration of Windows and Linux servers * Administration and configuration of MikroTik routers and firewalls * Planning, execution, and validation of infrastructure changes * Management of virtualized environments * Implementation and maintenance of advanced monitoring (Zabbix) * Implementation, monitoring, and testing of backup routines * Advanced diagnosis of connectivity, performance, and availability issues * Root cause analysis of critical incidents * Creation and maintenance of technical documentation * Technical support and guidance to Level N1 and N2 analysts * Technical interaction with vendors and partners * Proactive activities (monitoring, risk analysis, continuous improvement). **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory** * Proven experience as a Network / Infrastructure Administrator (Level N3\) * Proficiency in Windows Server * Proficiency in Linux (administration, services, and troubleshooting) * Solid knowledge of MikroTik (routing, firewall, VLANs, VPNs) * Experience with virtualization * Advanced monitoring using Zabbix * Backup routine management (configuration, monitoring, and restore testing) * Strong knowledge of: * Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing) * Firewalls and basic network security * Diagnosis of performance and availability issues * Ability to handle critical incidents in a structured manner * Experience with technical documentation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Hybrid environments (on\-premises \+ cloud) * High availability * Automation and scripting * Information security * Advanced monitoring and alert tuning * Contingency and disaster recovery plansWe don’t require mastery of everything.
