Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller Coordinator to lead the structuring and evolution of the Controller's Office, ensuring accuracy in accounting closings and managerial analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the structuring and evolution of the Controller's Office 2. Oversee monthly accounting closing and review trial balances 3. Serve as the primary contact point for external audit We are looking for a **Controller Coordinator** to lead the structuring, organization, and evolution of the Controller's Office within the company. ### **Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:** * Conduct **monthly accounting closing** in partnership with the accounting firm; * Review **trial balances**, ensuring accuracy and quality of information; * Structure and maintain up-to-date managerial reports: **Income Statement (DRE)**, **Balance Sheet (BP)**, and **Cash Flow Statement (DFC)**; * Perform **consolidation** across group companies (equity method, dividends, etc.); * Serve as the main contact point for **external audit**; * Support financial analysis and organize information to assist management. ### **Requirements:** * Strong academic background in Accounting and expertise in accounting closing and financial statements; * Prior experience in controller functions or auditing; * Strong analytical capability to transform accounting data into relevant managerial insights; * Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to implement and structure processes. ### **CLT Benefits:** * Flash: Meal allowance/voucher * Transportation voucher * Office parking * Gympass * Amil health insurance plan * Amil dental insurance plan * Childcare assistance
