**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive, inspect, store, record, and organize materials in inventory, ensuring accuracy of records;
* Conduct rotating inventory counts to support inventory control and correction of discrepancies;
* Address complaints regarding incorrectly invoiced or damaged parts, performing appropriate documentation and coordination with the manufacturer;
* Coordinate with freight carriers upon issuance of invoices, ensuring correct release of items;
* Support estimators by assisting in requesting and picking parts for approved estimates;
* Pick counter orders based on issued invoices, ensuring efficiency in internal service delivery;
* Photograph evaluated parts for recordkeeping and verification purposes;
* Assist with operational tasks such as client transportation, and part or supply pickup/delivery;
* Support other routine activities and processes within the department.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B);
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational ability, proactivity, and results orientation;
* Proficiency in inventory control;
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and information technology tools;
* Prior experience in related roles and knowledge of the automotive sector are considered advantages.
**Additional Information** **Working Hours:**
* Monday to Friday: 08:30–18:00 (1h30 lunch break)
