Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) **Position: FullStack Master Developer****Employment Type: CLT** **Work Mode: Remote** **Education: Completed undergraduate degree in IT** **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Required Knowledge** **Main Responsibilities** **Experience and Technical KnowledgeMinimum 7 years of Full Stack development experienceBackend and Data Persistence\* Strong experience with EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans) and JPA (Java Persistence API).\* Experience with relational databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and advanced data manipulation.\* Development of native queries for relational databases.Frontend and Web Development\* Proficiency in Angular 2+ and Microfrontend architecture for building modular and scalable applications.Architecture and Best Practices\* Application of design patterns and best practices focused on scalable, high-performance, and sustainable architectures.Integrations and Messaging\* Experience with JMS queues.\* Development and maintenance of REST APIs, with emphasis on performance, security, and standardization.Infrastructure and DevOps\* Experience with IBM WebSphere application servers.\* Use of Maven for dependency management and build processes.\* Version control using Git.Quality and Monitoring\* Extensive experience in creating and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.\* Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools, preferably Graylog.Methodologies and Soft Skills\* Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).\* Analytical mindset, commitment-oriented, and results-driven.\* Ability to collaborate effectively, work autonomously in solving complex problems, and make sound technical decisions.
