Job Summary: A versatile maintenance professional responsible for handling service requests, performing field inspections and maintenance, as well as conducting technical deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Full handling of service requests and customer support 2. Conducting various inspections and maintenance on equipment 3. Technical deliveries and operational training **Responsibilities:** When handling a service request: Filter to determine whether the issue stems from incorrect customer operation; if so, provide instructions. If not, devise a practical solution to resolve the request. If onsite maintenance is required, dispatch personnel promptly to resolve the issue and restore equipment functionality as soon as possible.
