Providing resolution-oriented support for departmental requests GEAP Self-Managed Health Plan | Brasília - DF | On-site Job Description * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward; * Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM; * Basic knowledge of hardware and software. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist with the movement and installation of workstations; * Provide support to users; * Provide helpdesk support; * Support shipping equipment to GEAP administrative units; * Assist in organizing GEAP’s inventory of parts and equipment; * Provide support and resolve other departmental requests. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward; * Strong analytical ability; * Dynamism; * Resilience; * Good communication skills; * Clear speech and professional demeanor; * Goal- and objective-oriented. Desirable Qualifications * Practical experience and basic knowledge of hardware and software.
