In this role, you will supervise and hold operational facilities accountable for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance standards. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Execute routine operations in the assigned area, ensuring direct team members follow policies and procedures related to employee safety, food safety, and environmental compliance. * Monitor production results, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements meet specifications. * Partner with production supervisors to meet process specifications and schedules. * Manage the production budget for a department, process, or change; issue purchase orders and ensure timely invoice payments. * Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across multiple departments, processes, and shifts. * Develop, supervise, and deliver training to employees, including company core values and guiding principles for unit facilities. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Responsible for personal decisions regarding hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for direct reports. \#LI\-Onsite \#LI\-4425 **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Knowledge of utilities area processes (Boiler and water treatment) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in people management preferred * Knowledge of project feasibility analysis preferred * Familiarity with data management software (PI OSISOFT) preferred
