In this role, you will support the implementation and execution of environmental, health, safety, and process safety management systems, processes, and programs. You will understand in detail the application of safe and compliant operational practices and support demonstration of compliance with company policies, work processes, programs, and standards. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Build partnerships and engage with production workers, area leadership, enterprise and environmental leadership, and functional health and safety leadership. * Identify company and legally mandated processes, programs, and controls; integrate operational procedures, tools, and work instructions at the site level to standardize frontline processes; and monitor, analyze, and adjust to improve performance. * Perform recordkeeping, analysis, and reporting tasks; identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation; and leverage and implement the most effective technologies and improvements aligned with country leadership. * Support preparation for internal audits, government inspections, customer visits, and collect data and prepare required reports to monitor program maturity, performance, and compliance. * Support development of appropriate training content and delivery methods per global and regional requirements; support gap assessments to identify training needs; support curriculum adjustments to reflect site-specific requirements; and support training delivery. * Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ----------------- ### **Minimum Qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety and active registration. * Experience with occupational safety routines in an industrial environment. * Experience with regulatory documentation (PGR / LTCAT / PPP). * ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * Knowledge of environmental management, emergency response teams, and CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee). * Experience with regulatory training is desirable. #LI-Onsite #LI-GV1 At Cargill, every person matters.
