As an **Operations Analyst**, you will serve as the key support link between the unit’s departments. Your work directly contributes to the store’s smooth operation—from supporting the inventory team to assisting customers and the sales team. You will play a fundamental role in ensuring the fluidity of administrative and operational processes, guaranteeing that everything runs with alignment, care, and consistency. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage the entry and exit of invoices in the system, ensuring verification and organization of documents; * Support the sales team and local management with reports, controls, and daily administrative tasks; * Serve as the interface with departments such as billing, inventory, finance, and logistics, ensuring all systems are aligned and functioning properly for the unit; * Provide support and guidance to internal customers, seeking solutions for requests and complaints; * Assist in controlling delivery receipts, bank slips, orders, and other operational documents; * Maintain updated inventory controls, movement flow records, and internal branch reports; * Organize the unit’s administrative routine and propose process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience with SAP is a plus; * Prior experience in operations and facilities management is desirable. **Additional information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Meal allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
