Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure efficient execution, cross-functional integration, resource management, risk control, and continuous improvement and operational excellence. All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Apply technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and management skills to plan, schedule, and execute projects effectively; * Collaborate closely with the project manager and planning team, lead teams, and share experiences with other project stakeholders to create efficient workflows, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans; * Ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with planned scope and required quality standards while adhering to Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations; * Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure projects are executed as planned; * Lead engineering and technical teams in delivering outputs involving a range of functions and responsibilities; * Develop schedules, budgets, and technical specifications, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery; * Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, essential for interacting with clients, suppliers, and teams; * Identify risks and propose effective solutions to mitigate negative impacts; * Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software, plus knowledge of agile methodologies and quality management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Civil. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in project management or related fields. * Experience in project execution and management; familiarity with mining, processing plant construction, dams, and stockpiles. * Knowledge of project management systems, SAP, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel). * Preferred: PMP certification. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal allowance (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership benefits \- may vary by location * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
